368. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive their legal fees; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4933/14]
View answerThe individual referred to in the Deputy’s Question applied to sell his interest in land within a site designated as a special area of conservation, under the voluntary bog purchase scheme administered by my Department. I am advised that my Department has recently issued a payment in respect of legal fees in this case to the Chief State Solicitor’s Office, which will issue this payment to the applicant’s solicitor.
