484. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Sligo can expect to have their farm payments application processed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6239/14]
View answerAn application under the 2013 Single Payment/Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the person named in my Department on 7 May 2013. Following processing, dual claims were identified in respect of four land parcels declared on the application as well as an overlap in respect of one land parcel. My Department has written to both parties regarding this matter, and an official from my Department has also been in direct contact with the person named regarding this matter. Upon receipt of satisfactory replies the application will be further processed.
