182. Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 48 of 6 February 2014, the person who will receive the public money now being set aside for the restoration of the national monument at Moore Street. [7773/14]
View answerI am advised by NAMA that any funds advanced in respect of the identified property will be applied towards specified building and remediation works by the owner of the property who will ensure the completion of the necessary works. As set out previously, NAMA has approved funding for the completion of specified works relating to properties at 14-17 Moore Street in accordance with the Ministerial Consent of 16th July 2013 and subject to compliance with all statutory processes.
