Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will clarify if all branches of the Civil Service within his Department are applying Department policy that staff progress or incremental salary scales on the basis of a single point per annum; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
