683. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Health the assistance and local support that is available to persons (details supplied) in County Kildare who have four children under the age of ten years, two of whom have special needs, who were previous recipients of home help; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the particular issue raised by the Deputy relates to an individual case, this is a service matter for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
