Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the annual spend on cycling provision, infrastructure, education and awareness in each local authority in 2013; if he will provide a list of all paved cycle tracks which are at a fully separated grade from other vehicular traffic; the number of such tracks currently in planning or construction; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
