An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme/Disadvantaged Areas Scheme was received from the person named on 10 May 2013, processing of which is not as yet finalised, owing to outstanding commonage issues. These outstanding issues will be resolved shortly with any payments which may fall due to the person named issuing shortly thereafter to the nominated bank account of the person named.
