The person named registered ten animals under the 2012 Suckler Cow Welfare Scheme. In order to participate in the Scheme applicants agreed to undertake and notify details of all of the measures required under the Terms and Conditions of this Scheme for all eligible suckler cows and their calves that were suckling on the holding. The person named did not supply any of the required information in respect of the ten animals registered in 2012 and, therefore, no payment is due to the person named under the 2012 Scheme.
