447. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11544/14]
View answerThe person in question was able to provide additional information in support of his case and his AEOS contract is now being reinstated. He has been advised of this and payments due will issue to him shortly, commencing with reimbursement of payment for 2010 and issue of payment for 2011. Payments for 2012 and 2013 will follow in sequence thereafter.
