View answerThe Statute Law Revision Bill, which it is proposed will deal with secondary legal instruments, is included in the Government Legislation Programme for Spring/Summer Session 2014 published earlier this year with an expected publication date of early-2015. I will be giving further consideration to the planned sequencing and timing of the series of SLRP Bills approved by Government to ensure that it is optimal in light of, for example, the importance of maintaining progress and continuity of the significant work carried out by my Department under the Statute Law Revision Programme.
