Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if the website of the Commission for Public Service Appointments is maintained and updated on a regular basis; if the freedom of information section 15 and section 16 manual is up to date and correct; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI have been informed by the Commission for Public Service Appointments that the CPSA website has been reviewed and redesigned during 2013. The website is maintained and updated on a regular basis. The CPSA has also informed me that the FOI Section 15 and Section 16 manual is currently under review and the updated version will be published on the website when available.
