Deputy Joan Collins asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide in tabular form the amount of funding his Department provided for each regeneration project in the State in 2012, 2013 and 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department currently supports an ambitious programme of regeneration which seeks to address the causes of disadvantage in communities and large social housing estates and flat complexes through holistic programmes of physical, social and economic regeneration.

The amounts of regeneration funding provided by my Department to the various regeneration projects for 2012 and 2013 are set out in the following table:

This year some €70m is being provided to support regeneration programmes nationally. My Department is currently finalising the regeneration work programmes for 2014 with the authorities concerned and, pending the conclusion of this process, it is not possible to provide details of the individual allocations at this time.
