110. Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will issue payment and arrears of a domiciliary care allowance application in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [14597/14]

The person concerned was notified on the 28th February 2014 that her domiciliary care allowance appeal was successful and that the allowance has been awarded from 1st July 2013. All arrears of payment due have issued.
