Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the mechanisms in place for the transfer of information and correspondence between the Secretary General of his Department and him; if he has previously raised concerns over delays; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerStandard Departmental arrangements for the transfer of information and correspondence between staff of my Department and my Office are in place in my Department, utilising a broad range of mechanisms for the purposes of communication.
The Secretary General and myself share a concern that all matters be dealt with appropriately and without undue delay.
