View answerThe arrangements in regard to postage of Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (BVD) samples are set out clearly in the detailed communications to farmers provided by Animal Health Ireland. The private laboratories engaged in the testing of samples operate under a protocol agreed by the BVD Implementation Group which is the body overseeing this industry led programme.
