716. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if there any exemptions for hearses from parking restrictions here similar to those in the UK; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16403/14]

There are no exemptions in regard to parking, or any other road traffic matters, for hearses under the Road Traffic (Traffic and Parking) Regulations.

I have no plans to make any changes in this regard.
