179. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the reason the chief executive officer and a number of senior executives receive top-up payments to their salaries in Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross; if these payments are authorised; and from what source they originate in view of the fact that this is an institution covered by the section 38 clause of the Croke Park agreements. As the issues raised in relation to the Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross are operational matters the Deputy's question has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply.
