Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Health if he will examine a case (details supplied) in County Kerry; if he will reimburse the moneys owed as both procedures should have been covered by the Health Service Executive and the position has led to a major financial strain on the family concerned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
