I propose to take Questions Nos. 142 and 143 together.

The rates for travel, accommodation and meal allowance payable to Youthreach learners are the same in 2008 and 2014. Meal Allowance: €4.00 per week or €0.80 per day;

Accommodation: €68.90 per week or €13.98 per day;

Travel: 3-5 miles - €6.60

5-10 miles - €11.90

10-20 miles - €17.60

20-30 miles - €21.60

30-40 miles - €27.70

40-50 miles - €32.60The training allowance payable per week to Youthreach learners is as follows:
