View answerThe Deputy will be aware that the terms of reference for the Commission of Investigation being undertaken by Mr Justice Nial Fennelly in connection with certain Garda related matters were recently approved by Dáil Eireann and the Government has no proposals to alter the remit or the powers of the Commission.
