Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when he will publish the Commission of Investigation report of Grainne McMorrow SC into the death in 2007 of a person (details supplied) in Mountjoy Prison; if he will publish this in its entirety; and the action he will take on foot of the contents of that report. View answerThe final report of the Commission of Investigation into the Death of Gary Douch was submitted to me on 5 February, 2014. Following a consultation process with a number of parties in order to satisfy requirements of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004, I brought the report to Cabinet this morning. A copy of the report will be conveyed to the family tomorrow and the report published shortly thereafter.
