My Department has received a foreshore licence application from Louth County Council in respect of proposed maintenance dredging at Annagassan Harbour. The public consultation phase of the application process has been completed and a determination on the licence application is currently under active consideration by my Department. Every effort is being made to expedite a determination in respect of this application.
