Deputy Terence Flanagan asked the Minister for Health the number of medical cards issued to those over the age of 70 in January 2013, February 2013 and March 2013 compared to the number of medical cards issued to those over the age of 70 in January 2014, February 2014 and March 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
