Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the timeline for the completion of any inquires into a case (details supplied); if the reports will be publicly available; the expected publication date; the actions arising from the case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Investigations into allegations relating to possible infringements of the milk quota regulations are still being carried out by officials in my Department. It would not be appropriate to comment on the details of that investigation while it is underway.
