Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a herd number will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry as they need a herd number to apply for the single farm payment 2014 by 15 of May 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
