Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he issued a letter to the German Embassy seeking to advance a bilateral agreement on film co-production; if he received a response from the German Ambassador; if he will outline the German position on the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
