139. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the remaining 50% payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal in respect of their 2013 single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21632/14]

An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme (SPS) was received from the person named on 22 April 2013. Processing of this application has been finalised. The first instalment was paid to the nominated bank account of the person named on 16 October 2013 with the second instalment to issue shortly.
