Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the statistical decline in road traffic collisions, serious injuries and fatalities involving HGVs and other vehicles fitted with speed restricting devices since the introduction of speed limiting; if he will provide as much comparative data on this area as is reasonably possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
