481. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht in respect of a bog (details supplied) if a person can resume cutting there; what are the stipulations and conditions for a person to utilise the said bog; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22946/14]

The Review of Natural Heritage Areas (NHAs), which is available to download from my Department’s website at http://www.ahg.gov.ie/en/Publications, provides detail on future arrangements regarding turf cutting on raised bog Natural Heritage Areas (NHAs).
