572. Deputy Eoghan Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the reason Dublin City Council have not met its responsibilities under the management company agreement and specify the actions it has taken to ensure that the developer and their agent, Ballymun Regeneration, complete the transfer of the leases to Gateway Management Company (details supplied). I refer to the reply to Question No. 461 of 13 May, 2014.

My Department has been advised by Dublin City Council that the developer has confirmed that his Solicitor is in the process of transferring title to the management company and that related matters will be finalised in the short term.
