Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Health the medical and surgical appliances that are supplied without charge to a person with a medical card who is suffering from spina bifida; the criteria used to decide if a medical or surgical appliance will be supplied free of charge; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
