168. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Finance the amount of vendor finance provided by the National Asset Management Agency to date; the amount presently outstanding; the number of transactions to which vendor finance has been provided; the number of transactions to which vendor finance has been provided which relate to property located in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Britain; and the amount of interest booked and paid to NAMA in respect of vendor finance in 2013. I refer the Deputy to page 21 of NAMA's Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2013, which is available on the Agency's website, www.nama.ie.  NAMA has, as set out in its Annual Report, advanced €373m to date across six transactions, four of which relate to properties in the Republic of Ireland and two in the UK.  These loans are fully performing.
