View answerThe Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, last issued in May 2009, is currently under review in my Department and a revised edition will be published shortly. The guide is being revised to take account of general developments concerning Departmental oversight of the bodies under their aegis and the guidelines to be observed by the boards of State bodies in matters of internal governance.
