Deputy Noel Harrington asked the Minister for Health if the means test report carried out for farm assist and non-contributory old age and widows' pensions can be deemed as evidence of means for the purpose of processing of medical cards by the Health Service Executive for persons who are in receipt of these payments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
