194. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health in respect of each of the clinical care programmes, if there are implementation plans in place for the programmes; and if not, the target month for their development; the person who is charged with producing an implementation plan in each case; and the person responsible for implementing the plans once they are in place. The Health Service Executive (HSE) directorate has established over thirty National Clinical Programmes to improve and standardise patient care throughout the organisation. As the Deputy’s question relates to service issues regarding each Programme, it has been referred to the HSE for direct reply.
