133. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance the number of transfers of tracker mortgages to new homes AIB has facilitated since it announced the move in March; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26637/14]
View answerAs the Deputy will be aware during March, AIB Group (including EBS & Haven) announced its intention to launch a tracker rate retention offer (non forbearance) in the summer. I have been informed that the Bank is working to introduce this product on 1 July 2014 and full details of the offer and application process will be announced at that time.
