184. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Education and Skills the dates on which the building works at a school (details supplied) have been in the five different stages of his Department's school design and building process; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28367/14]
View answerThe school to which the Deputy refers appointed a Design Team in December 2006. Stage 2a (preliminary design) was approved in March 2011, and Stage 2b (detailed design/tender documents) was approved in June 2013. Contracts have recently been signed and it is anticipated that construction will commence within the next two weeks.
