Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will outline in tabular form for each year from 2009 to date in 2014 the total number of FOI requests received, refused, granted and part-granted and appealed; the total of successful appeals, part-successful appeals and refusals; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
