View answerMy Department's IT division provides a centralised IT shared service to approximately 2,000 users in 26 offices and agencies. Expenditure by the shared service on IT external consultants for the years in question was as follows: 2010 - €0; 2011 - €0; 2012 - €25,601; 2013 - €39,049; 2014 - €52,788 (to date).
