Deputy Kevin Humphreys asked the Minister for Health if he, his officials or the Health Service Executive met representative groups of patients that have received physical abuse, sexual abuse, mental abuse or over-medication while in the care of psychiatric hospitals; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
