View answerSince March 2011, twenty Bills have been published by my Department. The number of Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIAs) that have been published is three. Separately, in relation to the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Bill 2013, the Report of the Expert Group on the judgment in A, B and C v Ireland,which was published, served the purposes of the RIA process.
