Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he has received the financial appraisal by Dublin City Council regarding the restarting of the regeneration of Dominic Street flats in Dublin 1; if he will provide urgent attention to these plans; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A Capital Appraisal for the regeneration of the Dominick Street flats complex was recently submitted to my Department by Dublin City Council in accordance with the requirements of the Capital Works Management Framework. This is now under consideration and my Department will be in contact with the City Council when this process is concluded.
