328. Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 323 of 17 February 2015, if she has received a report on the matter from the Garda authorities; and if not, if she will provide a time frame for receipt of same. [9087/15]
View answerIn my previous reply to Parliamentary Question No. 323 of 17 February 2015 I undertook to contact the Deputy again when the relevant information had been received from the Garda authorities regarding the review. I can confirm that a letter was issued to the Deputy on 3 March 2015 in this respect.
