View answerThe Deputy will appreciate that the legislation in respect of Public Service Vehicles is a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. Insofar as the specific case referenced by the Deputy is concerned, I have sought a report from the Garda authorities and will be in touch with the Deputy directly, once this is to hand.
