133. Deputy Dominic Hannigan asked the Minister for Finance the amount spent by his Department in legal fees in 2012, 2013, and 2014 in appealing decisions taken by the High Court; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19569/15]
View answerAs a register of the legal fees spent by the Department of Finance specifically in appealing decisions delivered by the High Court is not maintained, it has not been possible in the time available to collate all the information requested. However, the requested information will be collated and forwarded to the Deputy in writing.
