134. Deputy Dominic Hannigan asked the Minister for Finance the success rate of the State Claims Agency in appeals on behalf of the Health Service Executive of cases which have been lost in the High Court; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19570/15]
View answerThere are four cases currently under appeal to the Court of Appeal / Supreme Court, which have been taken by the State Claims Agency on behalf of the Health Service Executive. All of these cases are ongoing, and, as such, are yet to be determined by the Court of Appeal / Supreme Court.
