851. Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport when the upgrade of the Maynooth line from Connolly Station will commence; if it will include a new station at Cross Guns Bridge in Phibsboro in Dublin 7; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30355/15]
View answerAs Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, I have responsibility for policy and the overall funding of public transport. Responsibility for the development of public transport infrastructure and services in the Greater Dublin Area, including the upgrading of rail lines, is a function of the National Transport Authority (NTA).
