The person named and another received an allocation right in respect of 53.28 entitlements under the 2013 scheme year. In 2014 the person named and another changed the registration details of their farming enterprise and formed a company.

In order to comply with the regulatory requirements pertaining to the Basic Payment scheme, it is necessary that a transfer of entitlements from the sole traders to the entity of the company takes place.

This transfer has now been fully processed and the payment will issue shortly.
