Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 611 of 29 September 2015, if he will change the nine-year rule for cars and increase the period of time between the National Transport Authority licence renewal assessments; if he will increase the permissible vehicle age in line with that of accessible taxis and limousines; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
