The person named submitted an application under the Young Farmers Scheme to my Department. Eligible applicants to the Young Farmers Scheme in 2015 qualify for an additional payment per activated entitlement held in 2015. While the person named meets the eligibility conditions for the Young Farmers Scheme, they do not hold any entitlements on which the additional payment can be made. A letter has issued to the person named informing him of the decision in relation to his application.
